We are a neighborhood cafe known for our made to order sandwiches and Dark Matter Coffee drinks. We believe in partnering with premium local businesses to provide our customers with a great experience.
Our philosophy
Our scratch kitchen is rooted in quality. From Dark Matter Coffee to Vital Farms eggs, we source from local farmers, Michelin-star bakeries, and top-tier partners to ensure every item is fresh, seasonal, and crafted with care. We make our own syrups, and smoke and roast our meats in-house.
